Edge Central Dining: Plant-Based Meal Event

Students from the Sustainability Capstone Course are hosting a plant-based meal event at the Edge Central Dining on campus. Their focus is to serve a plant-forward meal at one of the stations, utilize produce grown on campus, and educate diners on the positive environmental and health impacts of eating plant-based.
