Women make up nearly 50 percent of the workforce\, make significant contributions to their companies and lead in multi-generational organizations.
“They are more determined than ever to add value\, differentiate themselves and lead throughout their career journey from entry level positions to boardrooms\,” said Cindy Taylor\, Harbert College Women in Business Advisory Council chair\, a 1981 alumna and veteran business administrator\, who currently serves as partner at CyberRisk Solutions in Atlanta.
Women in leadership positions will take center stage on Friday\, Nov. 2\, at Harbert College’s Women in Business Fall Summit. Guests will have the opportunity to hear the expertise of Tara Wilson\, a CEO of the Tara Wilson Agency in Fort Worth\, Texas\, and 2018 Auburn University Entrepreneur of the Year\, first-year Harbert College Dean and Wells Fargo Chair\, Annette L. Ranft\, and Bijna Dasani\, head of Architecture and Innovation at Lloyd’s Banking Group in London.
