Iota Delta Sigma and ActiveMinds are partnering to offer Validate Appreciate Refer (VAR) training to any student interested. VAR is an everyday tool for everyday conversations – it’s about showing up for one another every day in meaningful ways. This training helps students learn how to hold space for engaging and healthful conversations. Attendees will receive a certificate that will be a great addition to a resume.
