The College of Agriculture E.T. York Distinguished Lecture Series Committee along with the Littleton-Frankling Lecture Series Committee is pleased to present Dr. Bernadette Dunham as the Spring 2018 E.T. York Distinguished Lecturer. Bernadette Dunham\, DVM\, PhD\, joined the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University in 2016 as a visiting professor focused on the One Health Initiative\, a movement to improve the health and well-being of humans\, animals and the environment worldwide by expanding interdisciplinary collaborations in all aspects of health care. Before assuming her current position\, she was director of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine\, where she was responsible for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of animal drugs and the safety of animal feed and pet foods.
