The KPNC teams up with Heather Jackson, local artist, to bring you a fun and educational art workshop series. Heather is a local artist who became certified as a Zentangle teacher (CZT) and has taught Zentangle classes at the Jan Dempsey Community Art Center.
Given there is a wide variety of wildlife and plants to see, sketch, and learn about, she envisioned bringing community together through creating art in nature. Thus, the idea for this Nature Art Series was born bringing the community together to engage in nature appreciation, education, and conservation through intentional creativity.
