As part of Auburn’s efforts to incorporate health and wellness into the lives of its employees during these stressful times, Ford Dyke and Olympian Reita Clanton from the School of Kinesiology are offering free month-long virtual <a href='http://www.education.auburn.edu/school-of-kinesiology/mindfulness/'>sessions</a> on mindfulness to help faculty and staff navigate the unforeseen and atypical circumstances. The 15-minute sessions will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:50-8:05 a.m. during April, and can be accessed through this <a href='https://auburn.zoom.us/j/642847471'>Zoom link.</a>
