Event title: Earth Month Cook-In

We would like to invite anyone across the globe to an online free mega zoom cooking class in preparation for Earth Month.

This will be a combination of delicious recipes cooked by a James Beard nominated restaurateur and loads of science backed sustainable cooking tips and tricks sprinkled throughout the approximately 1-hour class.

This is meant to be an active, cameras-on cooking activity rather than a webinar. By cooking together – everyone will have a delicious meal to share with others when we’re done! Multiple cooks in the same kitchen are welcome
