TESS Talks: The Essence of a Changing World

TESS, or Together Embracing Successful Scholars, Talks feature distinguished female scholars at Auburn University. The three speakers at the event will focus their talks on the topic of an ever-changing world. Elizabeth Davis-Sramek, the Gayle Parks Forehand Professor in the Harbert College of Business, will present on “Inclusive Capitalism: Addressing Global Sustainability Challenges with Profitability and Scale.” Lindsay Tan, the W. Allen and Martha Reimer Reed Associate Professor and interior design program coordinator in the College of Human Sciences will speak on “Design Intervention: The Ecology of Change in a Changing World.” Department of Biological Sciences Assistant Professor Courtney Leisner will present “Our Changing World: Impacts of Rising CO2 and Temperature on Nutrition.”
A light reception will be held after the talks.
