His most recent appointment was as head of the UN system in Comoros\\, a post-conflict\\, fragile and food-insecure island nation located in the southwest Indian Ocean. Coutts will discuss UN operations in education\\, international development\\, and humanitarian work. \nLunch will be provided\\, and students\\, faculty\\, and staff are welcome to attend.
