The program will recount the stories of the 5 victims of racial terror lynching in Lee County and will include the reading of a proclamation officially marking this day of remembrance. In addition to reflecting on the past\, their program will look to the future with the recognition of our high school Racial Justice Essay Contest participants and winners.
