The Alabama Forestry Commission is studying the tree canopy of the City of Auburn to see if we can use more trees to improve our management of stormwater runoff and improve water quality in our rivers and streams. As a part of this process\\, the City of Auburn and the Alabama Forestry Commission need your opinions and ideas\\, and hope you\'ll come share them.\nThe main point of this meeting is to inform the community about the project\\, to gather citizen perception and feedback about tree activities in the City and to get feedback on the tree canopy coverage maps the team has produced. The land cover classification (tree canopy coverage maps) will be briefed\\, as well as an overview of the project and the expected outcomes of the project. \nSome questions asked of you might be:\n
