DESCRIPTION:Visit Providence Canyon State Park\\, also known as Georgia’s “Little Grand Canyon.” Located just an hour from Auburn\\, massive\\, red dirt gullies up to 150 feet deep are reminiscent of deserts in southeastern Utah. Cost includes transportation and headlamp. No experience necessary. A $10 cancellation fee is due if you do not communicate via email to dirksen@auburn.edu within 24 hours of the trip. DESCRIPTION:Load a fat tire mountain bike with camping gear and food and explore the Southeast by dirt road and singletrack. This adventure will teach you all of the basic skills of this quickly growing sport. No modern bathroom facilities will be available. Trip cost includes transportation\\, instruction\\, backcountry food\\, equipment\\, bicycle\\, and helmet. Some mountain biking experience is required.
