Learn the basics of sewing materials\, explore sustainable gear practices\, and leave with a unique piece you can wear every day. No sewing experience needed—all materials and tools are provided. Register on RWC Connect. \n \nIf you are unable to attend the workshop after registration\, please cancel online up to 4 hours in advance. You’ll learn proper belay technique\, equipment use and care\, and clipping techniques for lead climbing at the Auburn Outdoors Climbing Wall. Our goal is to help you prepare for your Lead Climbing Skills Verification. Lead Climbing Skills Verification permits you to lead climb and utilize a GriGri at our Wall. Top Rope Skills Verification and the ability to comfortably climb a 5.10 are workshop pre-requisites.
