DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite anyone across the globe to an online free mega zoom cooking class in preparation for Earth Month. \n This will be a combination of delicious recipes cooked by a James Beard nominated restaurateur and loads of science backed sustainable cooking tips and tricks sprinkled throughout the approximately 1-hour class. \nThis is meant to be an active\, cameras-on cooking activity rather than a webinar.
