All classes count toward the minor in sustainability studies and various other programs on campus. Students will be invited to participate in co-curricular activities\, including field trips to the Gulf\, movie nights\, social events\, volunteer opportunities\, art gallery openings and change agentry workshops. Each student will be paired with a community partner to complete a sustainability project. The need-based program will provide funding in dining dollars to students struggling with disrupted eating patterns\\, reduced food intake and reduced food quality due to lack of financial resources.
