DESCRIPTION:Join Kreher guides for a peaceful morning walk as you take in the many sights and sounds of the Preserve.  Nature Walks offer excellent opportunities to socialize and learn while enjoying fresh air and exercise in our beautiful outdoors.\nNature Walks are for adults only and are offered on the second Thursday of each month from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Pre-registration is not required. Each month features a new seasonal theme. Groups meet at the pavilion.\nNature Walks are free – donations are welcomed. This event will be canceled in the event of rain.

SUMMARY:Concerned Veterans For America Visit and Classes
DESCRIPTION:Concerned Veterans for America\, or CVA\, will offer two classes for interested participants. \nCVA 101 will discuss the care and treatment of veterans and how CVA is working to improve the lives of those who have served. The class will be held on April 12 in the Melton Student Center room 2310 at 2 p.m. \nComplete the Mission Act will discuss healthcare through the Veterans Administration. The session will cover the history of the VA and the passage of the Mission Act. The session will be held on April 13 at 2 p.m. \nRegistration for both classes is required and admission is free. SUMMARY:Installation of President Roberts
DESCRIPTION:Roberts\, the former dean of the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering\, began serving in the role of president on May 16\, 2022\, following the unanimous approval of the Board of Trustees and the retirement of his predecessor\, Jay Gogue. The installation ceremony is a time-honored academic tradition in which Roberts will be ceremoniously recognized with the powers and responsibilities of office that were bestowed upon him as Auburn University’s 21st president by the Board of Trustees. Roberts will share his vision and aspirations for the university while also recognizing its great past and present accomplishments. \nAll attendees must register in advance. Registration opens on March 13. Tickets (required for entry) will be emailed the week of April 3. The Auburn Family is also invited to watch the proceeding virtually via a live broadcast that will be made available that day at aub.ie/Roberts21. As more details become available involving the installation and other related events\, they will be shared on the installation website.
