SUMMARY:Document Shredding Day
DESCRIPTION:Facilities Management will hold a document shredding day on October 13 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the loading dock of Facilities Management 8 at 1161 W. Samford Ave. (university departments only). \nAn approved Certificate of Records Destruction form is required for all shredding and must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled shredding date. Participating departments will be billed $3.50 per box for shredding. If pick-up is needed\, a labor fee will be charged\, or departments may drop off material to be shredded. \nCall Work Management at 334-844-HELP (4357) or submit a work order request online.
