SUMMARY:Document Shredding Day
DESCRIPTION:Facilities Management will hold a document shredding day on October 13 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the loading dock of Facilities Management 8 at 1161 W. Samford Ave. (university departments only). \nAn approved Certificate of Records Destruction form is required for all shredding and must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled shredding date. Participating departments will be billed $3.50 per box for shredding. If pick-up is needed\, a labor fee will be charged\, or departments may drop off material to be shredded. \nCall Work Management at 334-844-HELP (4357) or submit a work order request online. Auburn Outdoors’ bike technicians will install both a front light and a tail light in just a few minutes while supplies last. Partners include Recreation and Wellness\, Parking Services\, and the Office of Sustainability. Look for Auburn Outdoors Mobile Bike Shop and bike techs. Stations will be set up from 3:00 – 6:00 PM in three locations: \n\nThatch Concourse near Cater Lawn\, on\nSamford Ave in the Telfair B.
