Auburn University has once again been included in the Princeton Review’s Guide to Green Colleges.  2015 makes the 6th consecutive year Auburn has been listed as one of the top universities in the nation for incorporating sustainability into both operations and the curriculum.

As the only university from Alabama in the guide, Auburn’s inclusion recognizes the leadership and initiative of numerous students, faculty, and staff as they work to incorporate sustainable practices and activities throughout the university.  We feel honored to get the opportunity to work with such passionate and committed members of the Auburn Family.

As a real estate agent in Birmingham, I have noticed a growing trend of interest from home buyers in “sustainability”, green building and environmentally friendly-type building materials and lifestyle choices when searching for new homes. People are becoming more aware of their “footprint” they leave on the environment.
Congratulations to Auburn University for leading the way nationally in drawing awareness of the environmental issues we face today.
